JW Brooks is a custom hat maker out of Lipan, Texas that offers an exceptional felt hat. His sweat band is a patent band that is made from goat hide and backed with a drilex type of material. The comfort is unmatchable.
This specific hat is his Work Horse edition. It is 1oz heavier than your average felt hat. This means that it will withstand your everyday wear and tear even better than your average 7.5oz felt, hence why we call it the Work Horse.
